Chesterfield Planning and Public Works Committee met regarding PUD Ordinance and residential teardowns. Floor Area Ratio requirement was removed and lot specific standards in PUD ordinance need not be linked to a current zoning district. Approved 3-1 and will now go to Council on March 1. Contact HBA staff for copy of ordinance. Planning and Public Works Committee will discuss prohibiting parking of large commercial vehicles in excess of one hour per calendar day on public streets within City and off-street parking ordinance on March 4.
